Journey U

The Holy Spirit is the leader of every Journey weekend, and we joyfully assist by being His hands and feet in this shared mission. Journey U has been designed to assist Continuation Teams.

Every parish should strive to have multiple Champions on their Continuation Team to enable the ministry to perpetuate for years to come. Those who complete all sessions offered below will be Journey certified.

The training sessions are limited to thirty minutes. The first ten minutes of each session will be utilized to show how to find a couple of specific tools on the website. The next ten minutes of each session will be to respond to specific questions related to the topic of the day. The final ten minutes of each session will be set aside for general questions on any other topics.

It is suggested that your parish have 2 men and 2 women from your continuation committee log on for each of the three different Invitations sessions on Mondays. It would be a best practice to have 2 different men and 2 different women from your continuation committee to log on for the three different Champions sessions on Fridays. Between now and the fall retreats, you will be discerning the next male and female Spiritual Guides, it is suggested that they log on for the three different sessions to be held on Wednesdays.
